After having worked with a variety of clients over the past 5 years and having completed a bachelor’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology, I have a true appreciation and understanding of the role exercise plays in our lives, something that I have had the pleasure of teaching my clients. Whether your goal is to lose weight, run a 5km, reinforce a past injury or simply walk up the stairs without being winded, I believe exercise is the answer. Every individual is unique just as every exercise program should be unique and tailored to your specific needs and objectives, whether that means progressing or modifying an exercise I am here to help you achieve your goal. I love training with Julie :)

She's flexible with my unruly schedule and she helps me attain the goals i am setting for myself by keeping me motivated, challenging me, changing my routine regularly and helping me learn the proper techniques to train with and without equipment. Not to mention she is a very easy going person with whom i got along almost instantly.

Julie listens to me and is very flexible. If I have a hard time with a certain movement or stance due to my physical limitations she will adjust it. She pushes me to work harder and I always feel great after my workout. She is a very focused and easy to get along with. I really enjoy my training with Julie.
