Hi :) I'm fan of sports and fitness. I fell in love with swimming (and in sports in general) when I was little. Today, I flourish when I'm in the gym exercising. I obtained an AEC along with other different certificates in Personal Training program at TAV College. It's studying in the class of rehabilitation and readaptation when I fell in love with
human body and its functioning. This machine is simple and complex at the same time which makes it unique. Nutrition that's closely related to sports is another interest of mine. I studied a lot healthy sports nutrition. Sports and nutrition, they go neck and neck. Finally, it's with right nutrition and the program adapted to the specific needs of every individual, when the harmony between body and mind is created. Being a coach for me is not just giving set of exercises. It is also being able to change one's life by changing one's bad habits. For me, YOUR health is MY priority!
